Teens Do Yoga!

Learn the benefits of stretch and breath work.  Discover basic yoga positions that will enhance your well being.  This four week program begins this Saturday, January 19th from 11:00 to 11:45 AM and again on January 12th, February 2nd and 9th.  Join up with your friends and take part in this fabulous program.  Please call the Young Adult Desk to register or register online
