Acts of Kindness: Snowflakes for Sandy Hook

There are no words that need to be spoken about the Sandy Hook tragedy. They've all been said, and all of our hearts are broken a bit.

While nothing can erase what happened, we can try our best to move forward with small, meaningful acts of kindness. One easy, free thing you can do involves a little craftiness. The children of Sandy Hook Elementary are going to be using a temporary, vacant building for the time being, and it needs some decorating help!

Transform and turn their new school into a Winter Wonderland by making and sending paper snowflakes.  Come down to YA Central on Thursday, December 27th, from 1:30 PM till 2:30 PM and make snowflakes to send.  Can't make this date, then join the Teen Advisory Board on January 9th and make some more.  Earn 1 community service hour for your time.
