Teens Do Yoga!

Saturdays, October 1st, 15th and 22nd
from 11:00-11:45 am
for students in grades 7 -12

Learn the benefits of stretch and breath work. Discover basic yoga positions that will enhance your well-being. Join up with your friends and take part in a fabulous three-week yoga program. Please call Youth Services to attend.
