Yes, all you do is go to the site(click on the underlined Suffolk Homework Help), click on the box that says "Work With A Tutor", log in with your library barcode number and you are all set. It's easy and very useful. Remember to make sure your library card is updated(I can check for you), and make sure it is between 2-11pm and a professional live tutor can assist you.

And yes, sometimes depending on the day and time, you may have to wait a few minutes to get connected. It will say "you're in line" and it will connect you with a tutor as soon as possible so be patient!
