The Friday after Thanksgiving has become known in the last few decades as one of the busiest of the year for retailers, the traditional start of the holiday shopping season. One of the names used for this day is Black Friday, which some say comes from the fact that it is the biggest shopping day of the year, putting stores firmly in the black.
So what are your plans for this day? Going shopping anywhere? I want a new tv and will be looking around. Remember, the library is OPEN all day from 10am-9pm that Friday and we will be showing the movie "The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2" from 1:30-3:30. This movie is Rated PG-13, so stop on down to watch, or stop in YA Central to hang out. We have new computers, books, magazines and more! So what are your plans...

We can always look into a knitting program, however, I doubt it will be teaching it since that is beyond me!

No I am not going away, just hanging out! No major plans so far. What about all of you???? you must be doing something Thanksgiving Day or the days off from school...
i think that there should be a law that kids cant curse in the library becuase my ears can not be allowed to hear these bad words also i wish i had a food because i am hungry
If you ever hear any cursing, please let me know. The one person who did earlier apologized as it was an accident. We all slip up sometimes, but also have to watch ourselves when we are around others. I'm just glad you are all in here today enjoying the teen space! You all rock!
