Fairest by Chanda Hahn

This additition to the "An Unfortunate Fairy Tale" series was very entertaining and I couldn't put it down.  Mina Grime continues her quest to end the Grimm curse while living a normal teenage girl's life as well.  This time she is sucked into the tale of Snow White and with some new found knowledge of the Fae world, she just might be able to survive.         - Reviewed by Kelly

The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini

This is one of my favorite novels.  Not only has it opened my eyes to the history of other cultures, but I thouroughly enjoyed what it taught about friendship and compassion.  Amir's tale takes the reader on an emotional journey that covers almost a lifetime; including a dark and embarassing past, the struggle of moving to a new country and the lessons learned while opening new chapters in life.  It is truly an inspirational novel.                                                                                                  - Reviewed by Katherine
