The exhibit showcases the talented artists and photographers from Harborfields High School. Teens Connect During National Library Week

The Teens Connect program allows teens to earn community service hours for their participation. Join us to make seasonal crafts and a surprise treat that will be donated to children and senior citizens within our community. This month, Teens Connect takes place during National Library Week and this year's theme is Communities Thrive @ Your Library, so it is a perfect time to give back to your community and join Teens Connect. Parents and high school students are invited to attend this program together or separately. Linda Furey from SafeGuard Credit Counseling Services will discuss the importance of budgeting your money wisely as you may be preparing for college. "New Moon" and Pizza Day

Join us for this fun day as we watch the movie New Moon, which is based on the second book in the world-popular Twilight series by Stephenie Meyer. March Madness Book Bonanza
During the month of March, stop by each week and vote on your favorite book in our March Madness Tournament. Young adult books will be paired against each other and the winner will advance on to the next bracket in the tournament. It is up to you and your votes to help your favorite books advance to the next round, until we award the champion at the end of the month. Once per day, you may vote for your favorite book and also enter a raffle to win gift cards to several Greenlawn hot spots such as Dunkin Donuts, Game Stop, Jimmy’s Pizza and Broadway Pizza and others.
Teen Tech Week
March 7th-13th
Teen Tech Week is a national program sponsored by the Young Adult Library Services Association. The 2010 theme is "Learn, Create, Share" which hopes to encourage teen’s creative and safe exploration of technology available in libraries, including DVDs, music, gaming, online homework help, social networking, audiobooks and more. Throughout the week, you are invited to stop in to Young Adult Central and fill out a recommendation form and suggest new games for our X-BOX 360, new DVDs, and teen Audiobooks. Also, during this week ask Young Adult Librarian Mr. Cooper about the online Homework Help site that is available to you and you will be entered into a surprise raffle.
