American Idol!!!

Hey everbody. So who is going to win American Idol?!?! Will it be Kris, or will it be Adam, who has been going strong for the past few weeks. If you get a chance, listen to Kris's version of "Heartless." It is even better than Kanye West's version (in some people's opinion). Can't wait to see who is crowned the 8th (can you believe it) American Idol tonight. And by the way, Mr. Cooper's assistant, Alicia, hopes Kris wins. What are your thoughts?

Here is the link to "Heartless:"

Cinco de Mayo!

Cinco de Mayo (Spanish for "fifth of May") is a regional holiday in Mexico, primarily celebrated in the state of Puebla, with some limited recognition in other parts of Mexico. The holiday commemorates the Mexican army's unlikely defeat of French forces at the Battle of Puebla on May 5, 1862, under the leadership of Mexican General Ignacio Zaragoza SeguĂn.

While Cinco de Mayo has limited significance nationwide in Mexico, the date is observed in the United States and other locations around the world as a celebration of Mexican heritage and pride. However, a common misconception in the United States is that Cinco de Mayo is Mexico's Independence Day, which actually is September 16, the most important national patriotic holiday in Mexico.

So what are you all doing for Cinco de Mayo??? Please share and perhaps a winner from those who post messages will be chosen. Hmmm...
